Dear my loyal 5, Last time I changed your lives with the Nutella Brownies - this time its the Nutella Cookies! Yes my loyal 5, I have been surfing again and I am about to make you a particularly happy reader! I am about to show you how to make cookies with only three ingredients. And once again, I am going to exploit the inherent fantastical properties of Nutella in doing so. Note: Nutella already has fat, milk, and chocolate in it. Since those are the things you would normally be adding to traditional cookies separately, why not use a product that already has these things! Go. Make these. Now. Ingredients: 1 cup Nutella (280g, 10 oz) 1 cup plain flour 1 egg Preheat the oven to 180 C (350 F) and line 2 trays with baking paper. In a large bowl, mix together the Nutella and the egg. Add the flour and stir until incorporated. The mixture will be quite thick. Roll teaspoons of dough into balls and place on the lined trays. Using the base of a glass, press each cookie down firmly. Bake for 6 – 8 minutes, and if you desire a more chewier cookie then bake for less time. Once again - YOU'RE WELCOME :)
